Cognitive Assessment

Cognitive Testing is one way of finding strengths and weaknesses related to how your child learns. There are seven areas of Cognitive Functioning that are taken into consideration. These help make recommendations to support weaknesses and expand on strengths to help your child learn best and achieve goals.

Academic assessment

Achievement tests give us an idea of what your child knows compared to other children their same age in Math, Reading and Writing.

Along with formal testing, we consider parent input to be extremely important. What a child has learned along the way, how you see their strengths and weaknesses are important to helping us better help you.

Executive Function assessment

Executive Functioning tells us about other important skills your child has related to the learning process: Planning, Attention, Simultaneous Processing, and Successive Processing. These aid the learning process, and are important life skills.

Assessments

Designed with Homeschooling parents and students in mind.  We have designed our Assessment process with homeschooling families in mind.  We strive to provide affordable, comprehensive assessments, in a friendly environment.  Our reports are written in parent-friendly language, with suggestions specifically designed for your needs.

Many testing companies apply a one-size-fits-all approach that can leave parents with more questions than answers.  Others give a “beginning” rate, but often charge a lot more by the end of the assessment.  We strive to give parents upfront, affordable prices, and a solution that will support parents and students in continuing their educational journey together.  We truly strive to:

Provide students and families with the tools they need to reach the top!
